We get to see rainbows fairly often around here but this was the first time in our lives we could see both ends of a rainbow. This rainbow happened this past weekend.
These two ends were only about 60 acres apart and were on 2 separate streets in Manvel, Texas. You could actually see the rays in front of the trees.
I used my Canon 24 – 105L lens to capture this picture. Funny thing is I have a 28 mm and a 35mm I am glad I did not grab one of those because I needed the width of the 24mm.
It was raining and I was trying to shoot with Jack holding an umbrella over my camera to protect it. This is something we both will never forget because it was so amazing.
Rainbows vary in color and vibrancy but each one is special. They represent different things for all of us.
I think they are a reminder to look around and be thankful for those that want to be in your life they are the ones who truly matter.
Rainbows remind me of my loved ones who have passed away it is like a message letting me know they are okay.
I think rainbows are a gentle reminder to live your life to its fullest each and every day and most of all follow your dreams. Be thankful for all the little things in life.
Rainbows are magical they are what we want them to be.
