Fit bit customer service

I bought my fit bit charge December 12th. last year. I had noticed the band grommet was coming loose and the watch was coming loose from the band.

I called fit bit to see what they could do. They said it was under warranty and since they were out of stock of the fit bit charge they sent me a brand new fit bit alta which is an upgrade.

This only involved a phone call and about 30 minutes on the phone which included my wait time to talk to someone.

The new fit bit was here in 4 days. I love my FIT BIT, their warranty, and their customer service.

I prefer walking outdoors but unless it is 6:30 a.m. or 7:30 p.m in our part of Texas it is not happening right now. Our temps are nearing the 100 mark and the humidity is terrible. The treadmill will have to do for now.

I have officially have logged over 1000 miles this year on my fit bit. I have no idea where I am going but I have enjoyed watching my miles add up.

Start out with simple goals for your physical fitness health and before you know it you are doing twice the amount of what you thought you could.

    • I agree Tom. Our kids all 4 of them lived outside from bike riding, to shooting bb guns, playing in sand piles that were 12 yard truck loads of sand, swimming, the trampoline you name it they were outdoors doing it…
