It is about to be a New Year and it will take me six months to get used to writing 2016 on everything.
For the most part, I try not to make resolutions I can not keep.
I decided back in November I wanted to get back into a healthier lifestyle with my eating and exercise. I have made great progress since then and I am quite pleased.
I am a very determined person and once I start something I see it through until I am done.
You have to find the inner strength to push yourself to accomplish your goals. No one can do this for you.
Look at each New Year as a challenge and only make one resolution just make one you can keep.
