I love to watch the birds but as winter arrives the ones you seem to notice the most are the bright-colored ones like the cardinals and the blue jays.
In the early morning, you can hear these red birds singing while all the other birds are still sleeping.
These birds do not migrate they spend their entire lives living 1 – 2 miles from where they were born. I think we have quite a few around here.
I really enjoy watching the red birds their beauty can make wintertime seem a bit brighter.
