Milo is grown in many rural countries. It is used as a main source of protein, energy, vitamins and minerals.Here in the United States it is used in feed for cattle and poultry and also in brewing applications.
It is the third most important cereal crop here in the United States and it is the fifth most important worldwide. Nigeria, India, Australia, Argentina, Mexico and the United States all grow this crop.
If other countries eat this crop you have to wonder why we don’t if it is such a great source of protein.
